By using Bidly.ge you agree to these terms. Bidly is a platform that connects customers with independent contractors. We are not a party to any contract you make with a contractor.
Customers
Submitting a project request is free. Quotes you receive are non-binding estimates. You are under no obligation to hire any contractor. You are responsible for verifying scope, price and terms directly with the contractor you choose.
Contractors
Contractors must provide accurate company information and may be reviewed before approval. Bidly may decline or suspend any contractor. Quotes must be honest and deliverable.
Liability
Bidly provides the platform "as is" and is not liable for the quality, timing or outcome of work performed by contractors. Disputes are resolved between the customer and the contractor.
